OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR – KIDLINGTON – £20-25K
Job description
Our client is a well-established Building Services Company located in Kidlington, Oxford. The company specialises in the Design, Installation and Maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical Building Services in the Construction Industry.
They are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their busy Service Team. Working with Colleges, Universities and Private Estates, raising callouts for emergency heating problems and planning regular service visits.
Role:
Office Administrator – reporting to the lead Maintenance Co-Ordinator in the following duties:
Day to Day Administration of the Department to include:
· Taking calls and processing emergency call outs.
· Processing worksheets & reports from engineers.
· Filing.
· Invoicing customers
· Updating records.
· Liaising via telephone & email with customers, sub-contractors & company personnel.
· Compiling quotes for customers.
· Dealing with engineer requests
Additional information:
* Holiday entitlement 20 days (plus Bank Holidays) – increasing with service to 25 days
* Working Hours 8am – 5pm (with 1 hour lunch break)
* Parking on site
* Close to local bus routes
Preferred Skills & Experience
· Chosen Candidate must have good standard of education, excellent English & Maths
· Excellent customer service & communication skills
· Good keyboard & IT skills including Word and Excel
· Strong administration skills
· Ability to prioritise
· Good organisation skills
· Ability to work as part of a team
· Willingness to learn new skills
· Previous Service & Maintenance Department experience (preferred but not essential as training will be given)
