The role will be administration based but there will be many elements of working with numbers involved due to the nature of the business so it is important that you can work well with numbers and have good attention to detail.
You will be covering reception so must be smartly presented and professional.
Answering the telephone so must have a good, clear speaking telephone manner.
Greeting visitors so must have a warm and pleasant nature.
And you will be doing various administration tasks as they arise so must be computer literate.
Working in a smaller office, it is important that you are a team player and happy to do what is required to help out.
We are an extremely busy office so require someone with high energy and enthusiasm to compliment the existing team
