We are looking for an experienced Administrator to work in our Service & Maintenance Department.
Duties will include:
Taking calls from clients and sorting emergency call outs when needed
Liaising with engineers and processing their worksheets and reports
Updating customer records
Preparing quotes for customer requested work
There is a lot of communication both via telephone and email required in this role and this will be with external customers, engineers and work colleagues
Skills and experience required:
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Good IT skills with Word and Excel
Excellent organisational skills
Ability to prioritise and remain calm when busy
Salary and benefits:
Salary will be £23-25k depending on experience
Free onsite parking
20 day holiday rising to 25 over length of service
Hours: 8 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday
