Job description
Our client is a small but successful business who is looking for someone to assist with administration work and phone duties one day a week.
Initially you will be trained and working from the office with a view to working from home once up and running. Phone and computer/laptop will be provided.
Your duties will mainly consist of:
Answering the phone
Giving quotes
Adding new client information onto the database
Sending out emails using standard templates
There is a large amount of text notifications which need to be sent regularly but this is done on the PC using software rather than on a mobile
