ADMINISTRATOR – £16,000 to £18,000 – KIDLINGTON 97 views

We are currently looking for an Administrator to join an expanding and friendly business in Kidlington. No previous experience is required and would be ideal for someone just finishing education or with a small amount of work experience.

• Data input – keying information into a computer system
• General office duties
• Data checking and display generation
• Assist the product managers and other team members
• Answer the telephone and transfer calls to the correct team members
• Meeting and Greeting Clients – we want someone who is confident to answer the door when people arrive.

Desired knowledge, skills and ability

• Numerate with at least a GCSE grade A in maths
• Excellent telephone manner
• PC Skills – Strong computing, PC and Internet literacy – essential
• Eye for detail
• Someone who is self-motivated and able to multi task
• Able to get things correct first time and take care
• Driving license desirable but not essential
